Post Training Crystal Reports Technical Support

Post training we offer 30 days free technical support on any of the topics we have covered within the training course agenda that you attended. You can access your Crystal consultants via email from 9am till 5pm, 5 days a week with a 48 hour response rate. Then once your 30 day free trial has expired and you would like to upgrade your technical support to a DSCallards User Support Contract we’ll give you 10% discount off the price.

Crystal Reports User Support Contract - £295 plus VAT

This is an annual named user contract which provides telephone and email access to DSCallards’ Support Desk, five days a week from 9 am to 5 pm. This service meets the needs of the Crystal user offering hints and tips on good report efficiencies, offering formula solutions and delivers the security of knowing that if a problem occurs, there is someone on-hand to help you.

DSCallards Crystal Care Pack - £1500 plus VAT

For the more sophisticated support requirement, we can support two named users within your organisation via the supply of a Crystal Care Pack from DSCallards. Crystal Care Packs combine the support of both SAP Crystal Reports and SAP Crystal Server, allowing the customer access to our DSCallards Support Desk for unlimited annual support calls. The DSCallards Crystal Care Pack starts with an onsite system health check and continues for the year with support on SAP Crystal Reports or SAP Crystal Reports Server issues.
