crystalreports.com is designed to provide instant access within the need for IT resources or capital budgets. It is a web-based platform that is simple to use and leverages an organisation's existing investment in Crystal Reports. crystalreports.com is built on the market-leading reporting and information delivery platform that is proven, secure and reliable.

Two Service Plans

Starter Edition

The crystalreports.com Starter Edition is a free service that allows small groups to share and schedule reports and try out all of the features included with crystalreports.com Professional.

The Starter Edition plan includes 3 user licenses, the ability to share up to 10 report instances, access to sample reports and code as well as technical information and support. The Starter Edition is a free service available to all Crystal Reports customers.

Professional Edition

The crystalreports.com Professional Edition plan is the natural choice for larger groups and organizations that need to share information with external users.

The Professional Edition plan permits growing enterprises to add more users and allows for the sharing of an unlimited number of reports. The security model allows you to segregate information and apply security at a folder level, thereby enabling the sharing of information with external users. Support for multiple content types such as Crystal Xcelsius dashboards, PDF, MS Excel, MS Word transforms crystalreports.com from a simple report sharing platform into a true web-based collaboration tool.

There are also a number of options for achieving live data connectivity, such as the integration with Salesforce.com and the Open Data Connector.

Please Note: Although RPT files authored in Crystal Reports 2008 are compatible with Crystal Reports 2008 and Crystal Reports® Server, BusinessObjects™Enterprise or BusinessObjects™ Edge Series (formerly BusinessObjects Crystal Decisions), the new features in Crystal Reports 2008 will be ignored when these files are deployed
to these servers.

The Crystal Reports 2008 report designer is unable to log into these servers. This means the functionality that depends on an enterprise session is unavailable. If you are using one of these report servers, we recommend you use the Crystal Reports XI report design tool until the next generation of enterprise servers is available.
